I'm Andrei Ostrovskii, a web developer based in Cologne, Germany. I have been deploying my code to production since 2019. I have been playing chess since I was five. I enjoy finding efficient solutions to challenging problems and gladly teach – I am thrilled when others can benefit from my knowledge and experience.
I deal with the full-stack development, deployment, and maintenance of tailored applications. Projects range from one-off campaigns to full-fledged web solutions like platforms, shops, and CRMs. I also develop APIs for other teams to consume. From time to time, I participate in developing internal tools.
I have been hosting instructive weekly live streams on the leading educational chess platform of the time. As of 2024, the platform is closed, but you can still find my chess24 shows on YouTube.
We launched an online store as part of the broader family children's wear retail business in Ukraine. During its years of operation, I was primarily involved in sales, accounting, and technical maintenance.
